The Apartment
A spacious, sunny, two bedroom apartment (80m2) with an open plan living, kitchen and dining room on the first floor of a traditional chalet. Two balconies face south and west and provide outdoor seating with stunning mountain views.

The spacious living area has access to the large L-shaped balcony through two sets of double balcony doors.
The living area and dining area
The master bedroom has south facing views out towards the Grand Chamossaire and the Dents du Midi. There is a large double bed, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The spare bedroom has a sofa bed and ample wardrobe and cupboard space. The spare room can easily sleep two people and can be transformed into a pleasant second living area in the daytime.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. The bathroom includes a bath with shower over. The balcony has a gas powered barbecue. A communal laundry room in the basement has a modern washer and tumble dryer.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of patisseries, shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The village has a sports centre, ice rink, tennis courts and swimming pool.
